How does the process start?
We schedule a free walkthrough, listen to your goals, and outline a plan with a timeline, pricing approach, and expected next steps.
Do I need to clean or organize first?
No. We handle the sorting and staging. We only ask that you identify items you want to keep before we begin.
How long does an estate sale take?
Most sales run 1-3 days depending on the size of the home and the inventory. Prep typically takes several days.
What happens to unsold items?
We donate, recycle, or haul away remaining items based on your preference. Final cleanup is included.
How do you get paid?
We work on a transparent commission with no surprise fees. You receive a clear post-sale recap.
Do you serve all of New Jersey?
Yes. We are based in Old Bridge and travel statewide.
